Bombardier accused of hiding a used engine in a brand-new Challenger 300, lost in Texas Court of Appeals

Very soon, I will publish an article about the hidden dangers of relying on blind faith when making big ticket purchases – including aircraft.  In short, get a competent attorney to review the purchase agreement, and get a competent technical expert to inspect the product and review its documents.  The customer got lucky this time.
